Year 1 have been exploring the sounds of shakers, and working on their control. They have found out what happens when the shakers move slow, or fast. They have worked on playing to the beat of the music - and also playing while they sing. Next week their music will link with their science as they discover how sound is affected by the materials an instrument is made out of.
