World Book Day was a great success. Our 'rainbow readers' theme made for a very colourful day. We created human graphs outside to show which genres were the most popular. Here were the colours:
Red - adventure
Orange - mystery
Yellow - horror
Green - non-fiction
Blue - comedy/funny
Purple - fantasy
There were also lots of fun activities going on in classrooms on the day and during the week.
Thank you to everyone who purchased a book from the Usborne book fair on Tuesday. So far we have raised £509 to spend on books for the children at school! You can still order books here:

Another thank you to everyone who purchased a book at the book swap shop on Thursday! This will be returning on a weekly basis - you can either bring in a book and swap it for a different one, or pay 50p for a book.
