Children enjoyed looking at the art of Bridget Riley. They discussed how she used line, pattern and colour in her abstract artworks. Children responded to her work in their sketchbooks and learned about observational drawing when drawing lines of string. Finally they each redrew a line drawing in a larger collaborative artwork.
