Last term we looked at making numbers with three decimal places. Working with our partner, we used the place value counters and place value charts to make different numbers to compare. When comparing decimal numbers, we had to look at the largest value digit to see which one was larger. If the digits were the same, we then had to move one place to the right for the next largest value digit. We then had a go at ordering all the numbers that we made. Here are some of our examples!
