Year 6 - RE - Faith and Beliefs in Greenwich

In Year 6, we looked at the religious landscape of our local area. In order to do this, we examined the 2021 census. By doing this, we noticed that the amount of people who follow a religion has increased; we also noticed the population has increased. Once we had a good understanding of the local area, we compared our findings to the religious landscape of our school. We found out that both Christianity and Islam are the most followed religions in Greenwich and at Bannockburn.

'It was interesting to see the religions in our class because it helped us to understand each other.'

'I think that the religious landscape of Greenwich has changed because of the population increase.'
