In Science this week we carried out an investigation in groups. We started with a question about what would be the best material to use when making an umbrella. We made predictions about what we think the answer might be. We then tested five different materials (tin foil, paper, plastic, play dough and cotton wool). We described what happened once they were covered in water. We then compared our findings to what we originally suggested might happen.
