This week, Year 6 have been learning about the pioneering Paleontologist Mary Anning. Mary fought against the prevailing gender stereotypes; the fossils which she discovered and identified helped change our understanding of how species became extinct. Year 6 enjoyed researching her life and role playing as Mary to be quizzed by their classmates.
