Our Indoor PE this half term has been Gymnastics. This week, Year 3 learnt how to form lots of new shapes with their bodies such as the pike, the tuck and the arch. They had many things to think about - straightening their arms and legs, sitting up straight, pointing their toes and keeping their head up. They then worked in small groups to sequence these positions into a short routine, thinking about their transitions and synchronisation. We then gave each other feedback using kind, encouraging words.
