Data with Year 2.

In Maths, we asked the question, "What is your favourite flower?" 

On the first day, the children voted and represented their data in a tally chart. We thought about different ways data can be represented and represented that same data in a block graph before moving on to a pictogram. To make things challenging, we discussed how in a pictogram a picture can represent two votes rather than one. We also answered questions about our data including what the most popular and least popular flower was and the difference between them.
