Nursery had a special visit from Plumstead fire station. This was arranged as part of our learning about ‘People who Help Us’. The children climbed up into the fire engine, sat on the seats and were shown some of the equipment inside including helmets, spare uniform and radios. They were also shown the hose pipes and the fire fighters explained how they worked.
