They spent a whole afternoon learning how to dress wounds, how to attend to head bumps, how to use defibrillator and, crucially, learning how to perform CPR.
It was a great experience and each child was able to join in with the practical element which was essential for them to learn how to position their fingers and how hard to press.
Plumstead now has an additional 106 children who know how to perform First Aid and we are very proud of everyone who took part.
