On Thursday 14th October a group of Year 3 children visited the Guildhall to collect an award for our entry into the London Children's Flower Society School Gardening Competition.
The children were selected due to their hard work and commitment in helping in the garden.
We were lucky enough to be presented our award by Alan Titchmarsh and had the opportunity to take part in some craft activities and a bulb planting demonstration.
We were awarded the Alice Street Perpetual Cup for our display of Spring bulbs. Our prize consisted of £400 towards a gardening related trip and a goody bag with tools for using in the garden.
