Today Elm had a fabulous day making Mexican bean soup, home-made guacamole and flatbreads.
we had a great time cutting up our ingredients, learning about different types of beans, peeling and dw-pipping avocados, mushing the guacamole and - most excitingly- creating flat breads from just flour and yogurt!
