This term, Nursery are looking at different types of transport. This week we are looking at air transport and as part of this, we have read 'The Blue Balloon' by Mick Inkpen. On Tuesday, a blue balloon appeared in Nursery and we took it for a walk like the boy does in the story. During our walk, we accidentally let go of the balloon and it floated up in to the sky! We thought about where the balloon had gone and what it might see in the sky. Some of our ideas included rainbows, aeroplanes, rockets, helicopters and aliens!
