Visit to the Red House
Last week, pupils from Year 4 visited the Red House in
Bexleyheath to learn more about the artist William Morris. Ash and Poplar class were taken on a tour of
the house where he lived during the Victorian period and produced many of his
famous designs.
After a tour of the house, pupils were able to walk the
around the private gardens to take inspiration for their current Art
project.
We were particularly proud of the pupils and their behaviour
on the trip. One member of the public even contacted the school to complement
our pupils conduct on public transport.
