Dear Parents and Carers,
We have now received the update regarding children eligible for FSM and also Nil Recourse families.
Lunches will be provided for eligible children every day between the hours of 12 and 12.45.
Children will be given a ‘takeaway/packed lunch’.
Children will be asked to queue around the outside of the Manor Way car park gate (towards the Church Manorway Road), keeping a social distance of 2 metres from each other and other households. An adult must accompany the children to school unless they are in year 5 or 6.
Children will then be invited on to site through the car park to collect their lunch, which they will take off site and then meet their adult at the other side of the gate (towards the Forest School section).
If your children are eligible and you would like to take up this offer, please let the school office know by 4pm today so that we can provide the correct amount of meals.
Please do not rush to be in queue or push forwards, we will provide the correct amount of lunches for the children we have confirmed.
